Sessional Project Worker
We are always looking for passionate sessional project workers to deliver our unique programmes to young people in schools and community settings. We operate in Enfield, East Hertfordshire and West Essex areas.
Through coaching and development, this role enables young people to reach their full potential. It is a thoroughly rewarding post and we ask for a small amount of commitment, typically up to 15 hours per week. This is a paid role paying £12 per hour, and increasing to £16 per hour once training is completed.
Volunteer Sessional Project Worker (VSPW)
The Gifted operates in Enfield, East Hertfordshire and West Essex areas. Through coaching and development, this role enables young people to reach their full potential. It is a thoroughly rewarding post and we ask for a small amount of commitment, typically up to 15 hours per week.
Although this is an unpaid role, the rewards of working with us and our beneficiaries are long lasting, as you give something back, not only the young people that we work with but to our wider communities too.
Out-of-pocket expenses are reimbursed and we may also be able to offer relevant free training courses to support your work with the young people.
