The Gifted is opposed to all forms of direct and indirect discrimination as both morally and legally unacceptable. We aim to create a fully inclusive culture that respects and values differences to enrich our place of work.
The purpose of the Equality and Diversity policy is to set out the guidelines and positive action The Gifted intends to take to combat discrimination within the organisation, in the services it provides and in its relationships with other bodies. This policy’s purpose is to not unlawfully discriminate because of the Equality Act 2010 protected characteristics of: age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race (including colour, nationality, and ethnic or national origin), religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation.
