Our Butterfly Arts programme helps manage stress and anxiety through crafts and creative expression.
We are calling all budding creatives who love crafting!
Butterfly Arts is a programme for all young people (non-gender specific), providing a space to manage stress and anxiety through crafts and creative expression.
We also work with schools and arts organisations to deliver projects curated by experienced arts and crafts professionals, providing young people with essential training and support for future work and life skills.
During Butterfly Arts sessions, participants create pieces of creative work and use the arts as a form of narrative therapy and to express themselves. They can work in groups, practising teamwork, or as individuals, working independently.

Our Impact
Since 2012, we have engaged with over 7000 beneficiaries. Our initiatives have included confidence-building courses, 1-2-1 mentoring, community drop-ins, media and creative projects, peer education, and family support.
After taking part in one of our projects, 95 of participants said they had learned a new skill and 90% said that they now believe they can achieve their goals.
