Butterflyette
Our twelve-week Butterflyette programme culminates in a presentation of our young women’s big ideas, products or projects.
If you are a woman in business, an entrepreneur or if you have the skills to inspire and become a mentor, we would love you to be in that audience. By taking them under your wing, you could help them to fly into their future.
Enterprise Wings
Our Enterprise Wings programme helps young women who are not in education, employment or training – or in danger of finding themselves in this situation – to set up their own enterprise. It encourages them to consider entrepreneurship as a real option for their future career.
A huge part of this involves opening up the local community, and matching participants with local businesswomen mentors.

“I was excited to find out how to feel good about myself. I have learned that my insecurities are great and that no matter what anyone says, I am beautiful. I will try to ignore what people say and try to compliment myself more. Some people can make your day no matter what, so I need to stick with the people who make me happy and try to make bonds with people that make me feel happy and strong.”

I have learned that not all beauty is on the inside and how to accept my beauty and to ignore people’s negativity. I don’t need to be pressured and let myself get into bad situations. I now know how to stop getting into situations I don’t want to be in.”
